By signing up for this program, you can make regular charitable contributions conveniently. The Payroll department will deduct the chosen amount from your pay and transfer it to Charities Trust. If you pass away while working for the company, your family or dependants will receive a payment equivalent to six times your annual earnings. This amount will be based on your average earnings over the past 52 weeks leading up to your death. Even if you're not part of the pension scheme, you may still qualify for life assurance. In this case, the payment to your family or dependants will be equal to one times your annual earnings. For hourly paid staff, once you have completed 12 months of continuous service with the company, you'll become eligible for life assurance benefits.
